Required Education, Experience, & Skills - High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years or more related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to interface with government representatives and internal departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Good planning, time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to use computers to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
- Proficiency in use of word processing, spreadsheets, and database development programs (such as Word, Excel, ERPs, and Access).
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Experience with documenting and logging government property actions and historical records in government automated databases and/or commercial-equivalents.
• Experience with government and/or commercial-equivalent equipment and/or materials inventory management database systems.
• Experience with management, monitoring/tracking industrial-related hazardous materials and proper storage/disposal of hazardous materials.
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) accreditation/certification, i.e., CPPS/CPPA is a plus.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44033 - $70454
