Position Summary
With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.
Responsibilities

- Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes
- Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle
- Address routine questions by managers and employees; Assists in the coordination of local training
- Coordination of corporate sponsored training
- Training of development plans; Address well-defined questions by managers and employees
- Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process
- Assists with completion of HR projects
- Assists with compliance/audit activities
- Data entry and filing
- Assists with employee appreciation events/activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, or HR Management
- 1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
