POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leaders and teams. You will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, fostering positive employee relations, supporting talent management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a key resource for managers and employees by addressing employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing coaching and guidance.
- Lead or support investigations into workplace concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration by developing programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to succession planning and organizational design.
- Participate in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding to ensure a quality hiring process aligned with business goals.
- Advise on workforce restructuring, outsourcing, and international assignments as needed.
Training & Development
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate or deliver relevant learning programs to build leadership and employee capabilities.
- Promote continuous learning and development to support career growth and organizational agility.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application and communication of company policies and procedures.
- Interpret employment laws and regulations, advising management on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead policy reviews and updates in collaboration with legal and HR leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Provide guidance on compensation strategies, including salary planning, equity, and spanet competitiveness.
- Support benefits administration and wellness initiatives that promote employee health and satisfaction.
- Analyze compensation data and recommend adjustments to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters.
- Mentor and develop junior HR team members.
- Represent HR in key organizational initiatives and external forums as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of increasingly responsible related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of human resources principles, industry practices, legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources policies and practices.
- Practical, working knowledge of financial and continuous improvement measurements.
- Ability to work on a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis and evaluation of various outcomes require tradeoffs and/or coordination across multiple teams.
- Ability to solve difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways. Ability to establish goals and objectives and manage projects to completion.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business or professional journals, or government regulations and recommend changes to complex procedures. Ability to respond to significant inquiries, problems, or complaints from team members, team leaders, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively and make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management and/or customers.
- Ability to design, prepare, and deliver training programs. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to use standard business applications software and HRIS systems.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION
- Pay Range: $83,250 to $138,550 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
