Role IntroductionReports to: Senior Solution Lead
You will join the Information Technology team, working closely with business stakeholders, solution analysts, developers and architects to deliver high‑quality technology solutions that support key business domains.
This role is responsible for understanding business needs, shaping technology direction and leading solution delivery to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
You will gain hands‑on exposure to large‑scale HRMS transformation initiatives, end‑to‑end solution delivery and enterprise IT practices, while strengthening your leadership, stakeholder management and HR technology expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Support pre‑project consulting and contribute to a portfolio pipeline of initiatives through close business engagement
- Capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements, and support business process change
- Recommend commercially and technically viable solutions to improve business performance
- Work closely with developers, solution analysts and architects to define solution approaches and technical designs
- Plan, design, develop, implement and support IT products and applications to meet business and customer needs
- Act as an escalation point for solution analysts to ensure effective delivery of technology implementations and adaptations
- Drive continuous improvement of standard IT practices and application lifecycle management
- Stay current with technology trends, industry developments and relevant business domains
- Lead small to medium‑scale initiatives, including task planning, execution and testing across security, performance and integration aspects. Facilitate project progress through required governance gates and manage day‑to‑day activities of development teams and external vendors
- Contribute to team resource planning and support people management activities, including coaching solution analysts where required
Requirements- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a Master’s degree preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience across software development, system analysis, business analysis, solution definition and system testing
- Technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft development is highly beneficial
- Experience supporting HRMS transformation projects is highly beneficial
- Strong experience in end‑to‑end solution delivery within an enterprise environment
- Airline or travel industry experience is highly beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions to diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and manage client‑facing relationships effectively
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, combining logical thinking with creativity
- Professional, self‑motivated and innovative, with a collaborative and delivery‑focused mindset
