Job PurposeAcross continents and cultures, we make the world fly better. At the Emirates Group, the scale of what we do, and where we’re going, creates a different kind of opportunity. As we continue to grow globally, how we engage and build relationships with talent is becoming just as important as how we hire. We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to help us build and nurture talent pipelines at scale, creating meaningful, personalised engagement with candidates before they ever apply.
This role sits within the Recruitment function, as part of the Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and Partnerships team. It plays a key role in operationalising our shift toward a proactive, pipeline-based talent attraction model. You will design and deliver targeted CRM engagement strategies, building talent communities and nurturing candidate relationships across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with Recruitment, Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand and HR Technology teams, you will ensure the right candidates are engaged, at the right time, with the right message. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign design and execution, optimisation and performance, with a clear impact on pipeline quality, recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
Why this role matters:
As the Emirates Group scales, we are moving from reactive hiring to building long-term talent pipelines. This role ensures we:
- Engage talent before the point of application
- Improve pipeline quality and conversion
- Deliver a more personalised and consistent candidate experience
In this role you will:
- Design and deliver CRM engagement journeys: Build and operationalise persona-based nurture journeys, outreach sequences and engagement flows aligned with hiring priorities and candidate experience frameworks.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines: Create, segment and manage targeted talent pools, including re-engagement of silver medallists and priority talent segments, ensuring strong pipeline readiness.
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns: Deliver targeted, employer brand-aligned messaging across talent communities to drive meaningful engagement.
- Optimise performance through data: Apply A/B testing, funnel optimisation and behavioural analytics to continuously improve engagement quality, response rates and conversion into recruiter pipelines.
- Track and report campaign impact: Monitor key metrics including open rates, response rates, time-to-engage and pipeline conversion, using insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Own CRM campaign standards and best practices: Act as a subject matter expert for CRM engagement, defining campaign design standards and guiding best practice across teams.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem: Partner with Recruitment, Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand and HR Technology teams to ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with hiring priorities, brand standards and platform capabilities.
QualificationTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, HR or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital spaneting or talent engagement within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience designing and executing segmented CRM campaigns
- Strong track record in managing multi-touch nurture journeys
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Avature, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Youll have an edge if you have:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding
- Experience working with corporate communications or brand teams
- Strong copywriting and engagement messaging capability
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Effective stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
If you’re looking to work at scale, build meaningful candidate relationships and see the direct impact of your work on how talent engages with a global organisation, this is your opportunity to be part of what comes next.
