Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a motivated and experienced 777 Systems Integration Manager to join the 777 Systems organization in Everett, WA.
Position Overview:
This leader will be responsible for guiding the execution of systems integration activities in support of 777 program safety, certification, production, and customer commitments. The role will coordinate resources, priorities, and technical integration across teams, suppliers, and program partners while providing day-to-day leadership for a team of engineers and project managers. The selected candidate will partner with Boeing program leadership, engineering leadership, and internal stakeholders to align technical strategy, manage risk, and strengthen systems engineering execution across the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for systems integration execution, including requirements, architecture, verification, certification, and program support activities
Coordinate priorities, staffing, and technical execution across internal teams, suppliers, and program counterparts
Ensure first-pass quality of systems deliverables and adherence to safety, regulatory, and technical performance requirements
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Provide technical oversight, guidance, and approval of integration approaches, products, and processes
Support development and deployment of systems engineering process improvements and best practices
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive technical oversight
Manage, develop, and motivate employees
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA. Limited travel may be required as needed to support program execution and customer commitments.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.
5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
Experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures or aircraft program support
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
Experience leading or supporting requirements development, architecture, verification, and/or certification activities
Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
Experience with 777 or other large commercial airplane programs
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing others
Masters degree in an engineering-related field or business administration (MBA)

Summary Pay Range:
$151,000 - $204,000
