POSITION OVERVIEW
The A&P Mechanic will service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, preserve, maintain, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft systems, and components in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and aircraft manufacturer specifications as outlined in approved Maintenance Manuals. This role will focus primarily on General Aviation and Corporate aircraft.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have working knowledge and the ability to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, preserve, maintain, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft systems, and components.
- Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved maintenance procedures, safety guidelines, and FAA regulations.
- Record work performed and assume responsibility for the quality of that work, as indicated by your signature.
- Use blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and Maintenance Manuals to perform assigned duties accurately.
- Perform touch-up painting as needed within the task area.
- Potential to perform experimental and developmental work, as assigned.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of hands-on experience performing aircraft maintenance on General Aviation and Corporate aircraft (Cessna, Beechcraft, Lear, Gulfstream, etc.)
- FAA A&P license required.
- Must have own tools, and tools must be shadowed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to for-go a pre-employment criminal background check and a standard DOT drug test.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Proof of US Citizenship.
INTERVIEW PROCESS

- Candidates should be prepared to discuss their experience in detail and demonstrate technical proficiency.
PAY & SCHEDULE
- Hourly based off of experience: 35 - 50/hr
- Split per diem to those who qualify
- OT is time and ½
- Paid weekly after first week of work
- Monday-Friday 5/8s
