Position Summary
The PSC Material Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing, planning and managing the flow of materials to the Parker Service Center to ensure they are provided according to schedule. This role works with the Supply Chain function to develop and implement strategies to keep inventory at a minimum without compromising customer expectations as well as
PSC throughput lead time and in line with Division inventory strategies.
The PSC Material Planning Manager will work with the business unit supply chain leads and site leaders to ensure common understanding of demand versus strategic inventory position, optimal inventory levels, and delivery performance to the PSC by unit / Division, expediting where necessary. Acts as lead role to ensure set-up of sustainable, lean processes to
maintain optimal inventory and effective communication between the PSC and the business units that ship product through the PSC.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Position will interact intra-divisionally and within the EMG Group to collaborate with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and PSC Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery to the end-user customer. Will manage personnel, inventory, inbound freight, and related KPIs.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Develop and execute short and long-term Materials Management Strategies consistent with Division and Group objectives to ensure on-time delivery to the service center.
Standardize daily operations processes related to supply chain responsibilities with continuous improvement (kaizen) mindset in order to achieve key performance metrics as assigned.
Manage change points in inventory and product planning.
Administer aggressive inventory reduction programs to control costs and achieve annual targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement cost savings initiatives.
Support Internal or external audit requirements relative to supply chain or inventory functions.
May lead a team of Planners, Schedulers, and Shipping / Receiving personnel to achieve optimal inventory levels and target delivery performance through standardize work in each role.
Other duties as assigned.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $91600 to $152750 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
