IT Student (w/m/d)
Key Tasks
1. Support Service Desk Operations
- Handle basic incident logging and categorization according to predefined guidelines.
- Follow up with business when missing standard information.
- Process standard user requests (e..g finding info, responsibilities, owners).
- Assist in routing or redirecting ad hoc requests to the correct channels (Service Desk or Project teams).
- Track and update incident/request statuses in the ticketing system.
2. Application Maintenance Assistance
- Perform routine tests and monitoring of applications during and post-project completion.
- Assist with data entry and configuration updates under supervision.
- Support documentation updates related to application maintenance.
3. Meeting and Communication Support
- Organize regular and ad hoc meetings not directly related to projects.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
- Manage internal communications related to team improvements or general announcements.
4. Reporting and Compliance Support
- Collect data and create standard reports.
- Maintain and update report templates and dashboards.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with documentation and evidence gathering for audits.
5. Internal Process Improvements
- Assist the team in documenting internal improvement ideas and workflows.
- Perform basic analysis or data gathering to support process improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree (IT, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of IT service management and ticketing systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and quick learner.
