The Boeing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Experienced Labor Estimating and Pricing Specialist to support our Vertical Lift programs out of Ridley Park, PA or Mesa, AZ.

This person articulates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, produces accurate, high-quality work, actively contributes to team problem-solving, and engages stakeholders with confident, persuasive presentation skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops complex estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and afterspanet support stages of the program
Evaluates requests for proposal, assembles priced proposals, and substantiates estimates/pricing
Understands and utilizes valid estimating and pricing methods and validation techniques
Evaluates and develops business cases
Resolves database requirements and identifies appropriate data sources
Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
Develops and maintains pricing models
Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements
Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals
Leads compliance activities, policy and procedure development, deployment of new systems/tools, training development/delivery and internal audits
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Estimating, Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
Experience in supporting audit, fact-finding and negotiations
Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience estimating strategic studies, work transfer proposals, affordability estimates
Experience with statistical data
Strong communication skills and experience with leadership presentations

Summary Pay Range: $100,300 - $135,700
