This position is within Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation (EBDT) MFC CIO Organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Project Engineer to provide oversight and management for various IT led projects ensuring program success and value aligning to OneLM and Business Area initiatives. Key responsibilities for this position include collaboration with cross functional teams/programs, stakeholder alignment, analyzing and managing project risk/opportunities and issues, presenting progress to executive management and managing reports and necessary documentation. The project engineer will coordinate across a large project team that will include information technology professionals and subject matter experts from multiple functional organizations. We are in need of a dynamic and experienced project manager to lead these efforts to success.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Coordinating with application owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, value, and OneLM alignment.
• Assessing changes for potential impact, risk, and complexity.
• Developing and maintaining solutioning and integration plans, including risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure product delivery milestones and project health
• Communicating status to stakeholders, including application owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process
• Conducting post-implementation reviews
• Identifying areas for improvement and sustainment considerations.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure that the change management process is integrated with other IT processes, such as incident management and problem management.
• Technical documentation, vendor relations, budget, schedule and risk.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Agile principles and practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Bachelors or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience in IT with at least 2 years of experience in managing high visible project implementations
• Experience using JIRA
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of Enterprise Operations business applications
• Experience with IT Service Management
• Experience with 1LMX and MFC Business Area

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
