PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to join a cutting-edge team in the Aerospace Technologies sector for our client Honeywell. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced navigation and sensor solutions, supporting electrical design engineering teams in delivering high-performance products.
About the Role
Based in Clearwater, FL, you’ll work closely with the Electrical Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams to support engineering documentation, configuration management, and change control processes. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation in electrical design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for schematics, parts lists, printed board assemblies, and PCB drawings.
Coordinate ECNs across engineering, configuration management, and other stakeholders.
Check engineering drawings against redlines and parts lists for accuracy.
Perform copyediting and proofreading of technical engineering reports.
Support the Electrical Engineering team with component research, data mining in Teamcenter, and general documentation tasks.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or 15 years of relevant experience.
10+ years of experience working within engineering teams.
5+ years of experience using Teamcenter or similar PLM platforms.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
Familiarity with navigation and sensor technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Knowledge of configuration management and engineering change processes.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay Details: $52.88 per hour
