In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the workforce of tomorrow by identifying and engaging high-caliber professionals across multiple disciplines.
What You’ll DoPartner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design tailored sourcing strategies.
Build, maintain, and nurture an ongoing pipeline of candidates using social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, ATS, and other innovative sourcing methods.
Educate, excite, and sell candidates on the advantages and opportunities of joining our client’s team.
Represent the company in professional organizations and workforce groups to strengthen outreach and visibility.
Work independently to manage multiple pipelines and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing role.
Demonstrated success using social media tools to build talent pipelines.
Experience sourcing across professional, managerial, executive, and touch labor roles.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational needs and position requirements.
Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
