The vision of Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division is to be the global leader in the design, development, manufacture, and service of engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems and components for aerospace/defense and industrial applications. Position Summary
With general supervision, responsible for administrative duties of moderate scope and complexity which requires independent judgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.
Responsibilities
Following established procedures, perform a variety of administrative responsibilities. May be required to perform some or all of the following:
Provides administrative support to various groups within this combined manufacturing/office site.
Organizes, scans and files important records with careful attention to detailed information such as part numbers, serial numbers, etc. Enters relevant information from these records into databases.
Tracks office and kitchen supplies. Reorders as needed.
Follows all relevant safety and communication protocols.
Uses Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel routinely to track progress and communicate.
Provides support for visitors to the site, such as booking conference rooms & ordering catering.
Keeps lobby area in order. May assist visitors with sign in process.
Assists with off-site record storage management by facilitating searches of database, recalling boxes from storage, preparing boxes for storage.
Play a key role in assisting with office management tasks such as maintaining and organizing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Qualifications
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
Two years related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
Strong attention to details and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. A strong commitment to providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive office atmosphere is essential for success in this position
Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Education certificate in applicable functional area preferred.
Thorough knowledge of office equipment, administrative procedures and/or terminology in functional area.
Ability to accurately type 55 wpm, where applicable. Personal computer skills required.
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonalcommunication skills.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $20.52/hr to $34.2/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
