Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements in the specialized field; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
One (1) year's working experience supervising employees (e.g., managing and evaluating performance of others)
Aviation Department Only: current Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and at least one (1) year's working experience with Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT), Composites, Avionics, Welding Technology, and Non-destructive Inspection and Testing (NDTE) practical application resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
At least one (1) successfully completed college-level course in the specialized field
At least one (1) year's working experience leveraging continuous improvement concepts such as LEAN (5s) for applicable labs
At least (3) year's working experience managing a Maintenance department
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skilled using computerized applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Skilled in oral, electronic, and written communications
Ability to delegate work appropriately to meet College and campus deliverables
