You will be a part of the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital function, based in Doha, Qatar and supporting recently established HRBI team that is tasked with an exciting mission.
Your mission?
- Supercharge HR decision-making with creating and maintaining insightful dashboards and deep-dive analytics.
- Collaborate internally and externally to centralize HR data across all business functions and over a variety of robust HR systems into our Data Warehouse.
- Work with massive datasets to uncover trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and more.
- Shape the future of People Analytics, integrating AI-driven insights, forecasting and automation.
- Be a trusted advisor to our stakeholders, delivering insights that have the potential to influence major workforce strategies.
