Boeing’s Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Human Resources Generalist to support our Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Services and Training Engineering teams in Berkeley, MO. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including associate and mid-level generalists to find the best fit for the position.
The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) in this role will be responsible for partnering with engineering managers and leaders to build and execute HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, including workforce planning and talent management, while fostering a culture of belonging, innovation and accelerated learning. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully executing HR processes and initiatives to achieve business goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Senior HRBPs and BGS Engineering executives and managers to execute talent and HR strategies that support business objectives including talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning and talent management
Address HR-related issues, including daily support of managers and employees and assist with organizational initiatives
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with engineering leaders, managers and employees and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
Support HRBP team with data reporting, metrics and analytics to support talent and engagement initiatives
Assist with project management and execution of processes and initiatives across BGS Engineering HR team
Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, drive solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
1+ years of experience in collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
1+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects
1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Human Resources certification(s)
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), with a focus on employee relations and workforce planning
1+ years of experience executing and managing projects across organizations
Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $75,650 - $102,350
Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $95,200 - $1128,800
