About the role:AP Customer Service Specialist entails dealing with customers inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader, in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service: responding to inquiries from internal or external clients via email according to established standards (including telephone communication).
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and local business units by building lasting partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
- Reconciling supplier statements and accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data through regular comparison and reconciliation of accounting documents with suppliers
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Secondary or higher education
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level )
- Min.1 year of commercial professional experience preferably in comparable position and industry would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology, especially in an accounts payable context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities
