Position Title: Coordinator Accounting and Scheduling
Position Summary
The Accounting and Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the data entry of weekly payroll records, including but not limited to attendance, overtime, Paid Time Off (PTO) and approved leaves of absence to Airport Operations crewmembers. The Coordinator also processes all Cash Management functions as required in the station.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of payroll data in accordance with Airport Blue Book Supplement (ABBS) policies
- Monitor and maintain crewmember attendance tracking, dependability, daily work schedules, PTO and draft dependability eGuidance, when necessary
- Track and inform Airport Operations crewleaders of daily attendance of crewmembers
- Run reports of day/shift trades and Paid Time Off (PTO) for scheduling purposes
- Coordinate and post overtime shifts, relief schedules and shift bid schedule and complete additional reporting as requested by Airports Operations crewleaders
- Act as a point of contact for Airport Operations crewmembers for issues dealing with weekly paychecks
- Process all Cash Management functions listed within the Cash Management Policy (Cash Funds, Drafts, Deposits, Petty Cash, Safe reconciliation, Voids, and Reconcile Vouchers) (Station Specific)
- Verify and code invoices for processing
- Reconcile daily ticket sales and prepare required bank deposits for all cash generated (Station Specific)
- Maintain Visa’s records and reconciliation when needed (Station Specific)
- Monitor and maintain monthly parking/transit voucher distribution
- Review expense reports and receipts submitted by Airport Operations crewmembers
- Collect all re-protect and non-revenue tickets issued by other airlines for use on JetBlue Airways
- Support the SIDA Badge functions when onboarding crewmembers at the station
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely fashion
